At Star Covers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict refund policy as mentioned below:
1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable within 3 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide a complete unboxing video showing the product from package opening to the issue clearly. Without this, we will not be able to process your request.

Products purchased under BOGO offers, Festival Sales, Clearance Sales, or any Special Promotions are non-refundable.
2. Refund Process

Once your request is verified and approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing usually takes 10–15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Products without an unboxing video.

Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

Products purchased during promotional offers (BOGO, festival discounts, or clearance sales).
